I am a professor of mathematics who took a second PhD in social psychology 25 years after my PhD in mathematics. My main research interest lies in mathematical models explaining cultural evolution through empirical work on psychological mechanisms that underlie cultural change. From a psychological perspective, this means I am interested in morality, opinions, conformity, social influence, social learning, arguments, norms, meta-norms, innovations, etc.
